Welcome to the Flock! The Cardinal Orientation Team is here to help you successfully transition into a 17勛圖 student. During orientation, you will get to connect with other students in your academic program, learn about the resources and services Lamar has to offer, register classes for the Fall semester, and so much more!
New Student Orientation
The New Student Orientation Track is designed for First Time College (FTC) students enrolling in classes during the Summer or Fall after they graduate high school. Students may register up to two guests for the Parent and Family Orientation Track that is offered during the same time as the student’s orientation session. Attending New Student Orientation is required for all FTC students and will appear on your admissions checklist.
New Student Orientation sessions will be offered on the following dates:
Tuesday, June 17th (invite only)
Wednesday, June 18th
Saturday, June 21st
